A senior professional with more than 25 years leadership, management, consulting and board experience within a number of market-leading organisations in the community services, not-for-profit, government, mining & resources, manufacturing and engineering sectors. Widely diversified skills across industry and function and has undertaken domestic and international senior consulting, executive contract and board assignments.

Attained a high level of success with large-scale organisational change programs, in particular facilitating strategy development and organisational design; operational modelling and service commissioning frameworks and practices; strategic sourcing and procurement practices; cultural transformation and change management initiatives; business case modelling of asset portfolios; portfolio, program and project management and enabling operational lean best practices.

A key aspect of his work has been to conceptualise best practice and enable cultural change and design interventions to underpin transformational improvement.

He has worked in and consulted across all major business sectors, including government, engineering and construction, mining, oil and gas, manufacturing (cars, beverages, and food), retail, financial services, pharmaceuticals

Kevin relies heavily on group process facilitation and the enablement of his clients to enable change and transfer of core knowledge and skills required to move the organisation, teams and individuals forward. His grasp of organisational theory and human behaviour, coupled with a keen appreciation of business principles has proven invaluable in facilitating transformation processes and achieving desired change.

Kevin is adept at developing and maintaining productive relationships with colleagues and clients and is able to work and interact at all levels of an organisation.
