Joanne has 18 years of project consulting experience working for a range of companies. She has worked for several global consulting companies, and her industry experience includes healthcare, public service, resources, and energy sectors.
Joanne recently completed a contract position as the Communications Lead at Health Support Services. This work involved strong stakeholder management skills with engagement activities focused on all levels of the organisation, including the CEO and chair of the audit committee. This project delivered measurable improvements in the ability to safely provide patient care.
Joanne’s strong background in health care projects also involved her leading a five-month comprehensive evaluation of the Learning and Organisational Development service of a major private healthcare organisation. This assignment resulted in the development of a future state service model that exceeded current service and delivered this with a reduced budget.
Suzanne Cooper – Senior Consultant

Suzanne has worked as a communications consultant for 16 years, across a range of industries from mining through to federal, state and local government, private companies and not-for-profits. She takes a people-focused approach with transformation projects and aims to leave as much knowledge and expertise with her clients as possible.
Suzanne excels at rapidly gathering information from people and presenting it clearly so they can see where they are and what lies ahead. She has undertaken many content development roles, planning, writing and delivering training materials, and creating tailored change management strategies that suit clients and their circumstances.
Suzanne enjoys creating content that is fit for purpose – for example, advising senior staff exactly what they need to know to make the best decisions, informing middle managers about what’s happening and what’s required from them, and gathering essential information from staff on the ‘shop floor’ so they can keep doing the best job possible.
Suzanne has served as an alderman on a capital city council, which was an excellent use of her skills of absorbing large amounts of information on different subjects and distilling them so they are persuasive and engaging and they have context.
